Why is that newly created issues inside a private project are automatically deleted or just mysteriously disappears? Need help 😢

So I am new to this GitHub feature Projects but I am pretty sure that it doesn't work like this, where initially for the first half an hour everything's fine and I can create new issues just fine. But then the next moment, newly created issues are suddenly disappearing mysteriously. Clearly in the image you could see the number already reached #16 because I've been repeatedly trying and trying again creating new issues or task trying to figure out what's wrong.

I have project which has been opened for month and all was working well, but today I'm experiencing a bug where adding items to the project is not working and the project view + issues tab are sometimes showing failure messages.

In short: it's not working for me either and I'm pretty sure my workflow worked yesterday (adding issues to a project used to work)

so should we conclude that the issue is from github directly and not on the client side?

inside the projects, after creating a new issue that you would be able to see, and then after a few seconds or after you reload the page, it disappears or cease to exists.

here you can see after creating a new issue on a new project, after reloading the page, its already gone. the same goes for waiting a few seconds or so.
