Why did my github student certification suddenly fade????I was verifying my idenfication at my school ten months ago and now I can't use!!!!

Try submitting the application with incognito mode or using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Are you still student and eligible? Does your educational institution still pay for that benefit?

Aside this, I only think about opening a ticket as davevad93 mentioned above.
I hope your problem gets solved sooner than later! =)
