How long does it take before I receive my education benefits. I t has been 3 days and I still haven't received them.

Education benefits are typically processed within 7–10 business days after submission, depending on the program and verification requirements. Since it has only been 3 days, your request is still within the normal processing window.

If you do not receive your benefits after 10 business days, please contact the support team with your application details for further assistance.

it can take up to a week to receive your benefits.
When you've received them you'll see a Pro badge in your profile hightlights like this:

You should have access to your benefits now. You can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
