I'm experiencing an issue with GitHub Copilot Agent where tasks remain indefinitely in the "Queued" state after I transferred a repository to my personal environment.

Steps to reproduce:

• Verified that Copilot Agent was enabled for the transferred repository
• Created a new Copilot Agent task with clear instructions
• Observed that a Pull Request was initiated by the Agent
• The Agent task status changed to "Queued"
• No further progress has occurred since that point (task remains in "Queued" state)

Copilot Agent task was created on: 2025-09-03
Current date/time: 2025-09-03 06:14:05 UTC
The Agent has been stuck in "Queued" state for: 30 minutes

Expected Behavior
The Copilot Agent should progress from "Queued" to "In Progress" and eventually complete the assigned task by generating code changes in the pull request.

Actual Behavior
The Agent task remains permanently in "Queued" state with no indication of progress, errors, or completion timeline.

Additional Information

• I've confirmed the repository has the necessary permissions for Copilot Agent
• No error messages are displayed in the UI

I would appreciate your help in diagnosing why the Copilot Agent is stuck and getting it to properly process my task. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

This is actually where some feedback can be given:
After you browse to copilot/agents you'll see all the tasks that you have given to the Agent.
There must be a way to follow the progress.

Someone suggested to "view session", but i don't see that anywhere.
Just like Github has Actions (and you can view the progress of those actions) there must be a way to follow the progress of this Agent's actions.

• The PR is there
• The PR is in draft and it's assigned to me, the copilot is also assigned
• Copilot committed an initial commit with "Initial plan" and after that: nothing

In the copilot/agents screen there should be a button (three little dots): "Follow progress"

• Show all the steps the agent took
• Show where the agent got stuck
• Show the error messages
• Show a way to report those messages in a request in Product Feedback (or bug report)

Unfortunately on this repository the issues aren't enabled which makes that page show a 404-error
