I've been using GitHub Copilot in agent mode for several coding tasks. Suddenly, all my new tasks are refused. They start in [WIP] state and remain "Queued" indefinitely.:

However, I don't see any active or pending tasks anywhere — all previous jobs appear closed. Is there a way to view or clear these phantom jobs so I can start new ones? It's been more than 4 days since this started.
