Can't download a large repository such as WebKit as a tar.gz or .zip

Both https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/archive/refs/heads/main.zip AND https://codeload.github.com/WebKit/WebKit/tar.gz/refs/heads/main seem to result in a 422 error saying 422: Content creation is blocked. I'm not sure what content github thinks I'm trying to create... 😕

What's weird is that downloading llvm-project (similar repo size) does not cause this error.
