Hi @KaloudasDev,

I recommend you translate your academic proof from Greek to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

My Question:
Would adding an English translation alongside my original document resolve this?
Has anyone with non-English documentation found a working solution?

One question: Shortly after submitting, I changed my GitHub profile name back to my username.
Could this affect my pending application, or does the system only check the name at the moment of submission?

That depends on the status of your application. If it's "pending", you should leave your real name on GitHub until it's approved. If your application has been approved, you can remove it without any problems.

Hey @KaloudasDev, have you added your real full name to your GitHub profile and billing information as it appears on your academic transcript? Try again and don't change it until it's approved. Remeber to log out and log back in before re-applying.

If you still can't get it to work, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem. Keep in mind that manual reviews are not provided, so you can ask for guidance, but you can't submit your application there.

@KaloudasDev, you have to fill in your billing info here, under the "Billing information" section, add your translated full name exactly as it appears on your transcript, and also your school's address (Street, City, Country). You don't need to add any payment info as it's not required. Finally, make sure to set your academic email address as primary on GitHub. Once done, log out/log back in and try again.

Hey @KaloudasDev, your latest application has been rejected without apparent reason. This usually happens when there's a rejection loop. Many users have solved this by logging out and logging back in, or by using another device. If you have provided a translation along with the original transcript, the system processes the translated version; this is not a language detection issue. Try again with another device, but before doing so, make sure you have done the following to avoid inconsistencies.

1. Add your translated full name on your GitHub profile.
2. Fill in your billing information with your translated full name and your school's address (Street, City, Country).
3. Log out/in or use another device.
4. Try again.

Otherwise you should contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Hey @KaloudasDev, submit both the Greek original and English translation side-by-side in the same image. Your username is fine as it is, don't need to change it, but I don't see your full real name in your profile, add it.
