Hello GitHub Support Team,

My personal account’s GitHub Actions feature is currently disabled, and I keep receiving this message:

“GitHub Actions is currently disabled for your account. Please reach out to GitHub Support for assistance.”

I already:

1. Deleted the repository that caused the issue.
2. Submitted a support ticket several days ago but haven’t received any response.
3. Verified that the issue is not related to organization limits — this is my personal GitHub account.

However, GitHub Actions is still locked and I cannot run any workflows on any of my repositories.
Could you please help unlock my account or clarify what’s blocking my Actions usage?

Sorry to hear you’re running into this — it can definitely be frustrating when Actions suddenly get disabled.

Usually, this happens when GitHub’s automated systems flag activity for review (for example, suspected abuse or an unusual pattern in workflow usage). When that happens, the only way to restore access is through GitHub Support.
Since you’ve already submitted a ticket, I recommend:
Checking your spam/junk folder for replies from support@github.com
Replying to your existing ticket instead of opening a new one (to avoid delays).
If it’s been over a week, you can open a follow-up ticket referencing your previous request.

Unfortunately, the community forum can’t directly lift account restrictions — only GitHub Support can. But you’re doing everything right so far 👍
