Issues very slow to load and often time out

going to a repo's issues page takes a long time to load
and I very very often see Fail to load issues.
This happens across all devices; Computer, Phone etc
this has been an issue for the past few months
please fix thank you

even just leaving the window open for a long time causes it to randomly fail
