I live in Europe where we have summer and winter time.
At the moment if i change issues, they show items in the future.

I've noticed the same thing.

I created a PR on 2025-11-02 08:55 UTC

• In my local timezone (France/Paris, GMT+1) it was 9:55 AM.
  Our Daylight Saving Time ended a week ago (October 26)
• On the US west coast (Seattle, San Francisco, ...) it was 1:55 AM...
  ...for the 1st time today, because it was 5 minutes before the switch from "Pacific Daylight Time" (PDT) to "Pacific Standard Time" (PST)

The following screenshot was taken at 9:19 AM UTC (10:19 AM in my timezone):

It erroneously shows the PR description as being posted at 10:55 AM GMT+1, which is 9:55 UTC, and was 36 minutes in the future, at that time.
