Codespaces not loading until you visit github.dev

I've found a peculiar issue, so initially loading a codespace will load at Setting up your codespace without any sort of CSS formatting and the loading terminal doesn't appear, until you open the repo in github.dev and at that point the codespace will finally be able to load.

I believe this issue doesn't happen on my Desktop just on my Chromebook.

Wanted to post this in case someone else is having the same issue. Please close this if this has already been resolved, I tried to search for other discussions on it but have only found people encountering other issues.
