Hello, the copilot auto renewed today and I canceled in the app. However, it says the cancellation will be next year. Please share what is the contact email to resolve this. I plan to switch to an enterprise account. Thanks

General support: use the GitHub Support portal.
For billing issues (including unexpected renewals or auto-renew problems): you can email "billing@github.com"

GitHub Copilot renewals can’t be reversed directly through the app once the charge has gone through. You’ll need to contact GitHub Support so they can review the charge and help you with cancellation or switching to an enterprise plan.

Choose “Billing & Payments → Copilot” and submit a ticket.
They usually respond quickly and can handle refunds, renewal issues, and plan changes.
