I am a developer from China who has been unable to update and publish to the repository recently. I have completed the verification of 2fa and Two Factor Authentication, but still cannot use it. The key is that I cannot investigate the reason, so I am not sure if it is due to political and geographical reasons. I know this problem is very troublesome for ordinary people.
