Hey there! 👋 Thanks for posting in the GitHub Community, @alivezvaei110-lab ! We're happy you're here. You are more likely to get a useful response if you are posting in the applicable category. This is most likely a GitHub profile metadata visibility or caching issue on the backend. The account creation (“Joined”) date exists but is not being rendered on the public profile, which can happen for newly created or migrated accounts. This is not user-configurable. GitHub Support needs to manually refresh or reindex the profile metadata so the “Joined” date becomes visible to third-party services. |

Hello GitHub Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my GitHub profile (username: alivezvaei110-lab). My account does not display the “Joined” date on the profile page. However, I have been using this account for several weeks, and have made contributions and created repositories during this time.
I have tried switching the theme between light and dark mode, changing the site language, viewing the profile from different devices and browsers, and checking my account settings, but the “Joined” date still does not appear.
This is causing problems on external sites which require verification of the account’s age. For example, third-party platforms (like aiengineerpack.com) restrict access for “new” GitHub accounts, and since the actual account creation date is not visible, my account is being misclassified as new.
I am attaching screenshots that show:
Contribution history going back several weeks (demonstrating the account is not new)
Repository activity dates from three weeks ago
The absence of the “Joined” date on my profile page
Could you please investigate why the “Joined” date is not displayed, and let me know how I can make this information visible for verification purposes by external services?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards,

Ali Vezvaei
