Hi @paul0728, This community is managed by GitHub employees, but it is not a support forum. The only place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. Note For account related issues, GitHub Support requires that you contact them from the email address verified on that account. If you haven't already, please submit a request using this form: https://support.github.com/contact/cannot_sign_in When completing this step, you won't be required to sign in, but you will need to verify your email address. If you're currently signed into a different account, please sign out first before following the link. This is a public forum, and the community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket, but we can assure you it is in the right place. It will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours. As no other Community Discussions team members will be able to provide additional help with account related questions I am going to close this discussion. We appreciate your understanding and patience while Support works through your request! |

Hi GitHub Community,
I’m posting here in hopes of getting some visibility on an urgent account access issue, as my previous support ticket has not received any response.
Issue Summary
My GitHub account (username: GameProgram777) was restricted after I missed the mandatory 2FA enrollment deadline. Once the deadline passed, my account became inaccessible, and I am now unable to log in to enable 2FA.
Account details:
I fully understand and support GitHub’s security policies. I am ready to enroll in 2FA immediately — I simply can’t access the account to do it.
What I Have Already Done
I submitted a support ticket with the full details of my situation and my verification information, but it has been several days with no reply. Since this affects my development workflow, I’m hoping that posting here might help bring attention to my case.
What I Am Requesting
I kindly request GitHub staff to:
I am more than willing to:
Why I’m Posting Here
I’m not asking for special treatment — just hoping the right team will see this, since my support ticket has been unanswered. Any guidance from GitHub staff or community moderators would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
