Copilot inserting long blocks of code into VS Code Embed Terminal and Freezing Terminal

Copilot always insert long blocks of code in VS Code Terminal and this make Terminal freeze and copilot stop working, running in an eternal loop, since its waiting for a response from terminal.

I inserted in my copilo-instructions.md file in the first line to nerver do that but its never "learn"

The same happens when it create a long commit message.

I'm experiencing that every time that it input more than 5 or 7 lines, this bug happens.

This is very frustrating, because we have to kill vs code every time because just killing the terminal inside vscode does not work.
