@rebalessa-lang GitHub Discussions is not an escalation channel for abuse or defamation cases. GitHub staff and moderators here cannot adjudicate factual disputes, defamation claims, or business legitimacy. Per GitHub policy, content moderation for alleged defamation requires either:
GitHub does not perform truth-finding or decide whether claims on a website are accurate, even if the content appears malicious or unfair. If the site is using your trademarked business name (typosquatting), the correct path is: If the content is defamatory, the only effective escalation is: Community members and GitHub Education / Actions teams cannot intervene in abuse reports or override the Abuse team’s process. |

Community Discussions can’t adjudicate defamation or “who is right.” If you want action, use the correct policy channel:
If you already reported to Abuse and got automated replies, the next escalation is a properly scoped legal removal request via the content-removal process above (trademark if applicable; otherwise legal counsel/court order for defamation). |

I am posting here to seek urgent assistance from the GitHub community and staff. A highly defamatory website hosted on GitHub Pages is currently being used to maliciously target our legitimate business. Despite multiple reports to the GitHub Abuse team, we have only received automated responses stating they cannot intervene. We need human review for this clear violation of GitHub's policies.
Our Business Standing
Emmigranz Elite Businessman Services LLC is a legally registered entity in Dubai, UAE (License No. 1370318). We have operated transparently for two years, providing legal immigration services with official contracts. We have no legal issues or legitimate client complaints.
The Malicious Website
URL: https://emmigranzelitee.com
This site is a textbook case of malicious targeting and typosquatting. It uses our company name in the domain to mislead the public. The landing page features a massive red banner labeling us as a "Scam" and "Fake" without any evidence.
Key Evidence of Malice:
1- Duplicate Content: The site lists 6 "investigation" articles. If you read them, the content is identical—a simple copy-paste job with different titles to make it look like multiple complaints exist.
2- No Contact Information: There is no email, no physical address, and no contact form.
3- Fake Interactive Elements: The "Report Fraud" and "File a Complaint Now" buttons are completely non-functional. They are there only for visual deception.
4- Anonymous Attacks: The site claims to host "client experiences" but provides zero verifiable details, names, or proof of service.
GitHub's Responsibility and Policy Violations:
Our investigation confirms that GitHub is the hosting provider for emmigranzelitee.com (A Record: emmigranzelitee.com → 185.199.108.153, GitHub Abuse email: abuse@github.com ). As such, GitHub has a responsibility to ensure that content hosted on its platform adheres to its own policies and legal standards.
This website is in clear violation of GitHub's Acceptable Use Policies, specifically regarding:
• Defamatory and Fraudulent Content: The policy explicitly states that content that is "libelous, defamatory, or fraudulent" is prohibited. The website directly accuses a legitimate business of being a "scam," "fake," and engaging in "fraud," which are false and damaging statements.
• Bullying and Harassment: GitHub does not tolerate "harassment, bullying, or abuse of any kind". This website constitutes targeted harassment against our company, designed to damage our reputation and mislead potential clients.
• Deception: The content is designed to "Intentionally deceive or mislead others" by presenting false accusations as legitimate consumer alerts and reviews.
The Problem with Automated Support
We have provided our business license to the abuse team, but the automated replies claim GitHub "cannot decide" if content is abusive. However, when a site has no contact info and fake buttons, it is clearly not a legitimate site—it is a violation of the platform's integrity.
We are looking for:
• A GitHub moderator or staff member to review this case manually.
• Advice from the community on how to escalate this when the standard abuse form fails.
We cannot contact the site owner because they have hidden their identity and provided no contact methods. GitHub is the only entity that can stop this abuse of its hosting services.
