GitHub Student Developer Pack Approved but Benefits Not Activated

Hi everyone,

My Student Developer Pack application was approved on December 17, 2025, but even after 27 days, I still do not see any benefits activated on my account. I have tried logging out and back in, checking the offers page, and verifying my Copilot status, but nothing has changed.

Could you please look into this issue and help activate my benefits?

That bug happens sometimes and you need to contant github support and they will fix it. To get direct help from GitHub staff, please contact GitHub Support at support. github.com/contact and select Education as the category.

Yes I tried to contact support and raised several tickets. But they keep telling me to contact partner directly for partner offers. I don't think they are looking into my issue anyway.
Not sure what to do, thanks for responding though.

I am not sure what I can do next on this. Any guidance is much appreciated.

Ask them to escalate to the Education team and manually activate your benefits, referencing your verification date and attaching the screenshot and existing ticket numbers.
