At the org level copilot-cli is enabled.

Our 96 users currently have this setting disabled.

This was working up until today.

copilot still works for these users in vs code, Intellij and even opencode but not copilot-cli.

No changes on our side.
Setting is now enabled for users.
No explanation why it was just copilot-cli that was impacted.
