Problem with Re-Verifying Github Student

I've been trying to re-verify my github education pack but i don't get approved. The problem is that i can only take a picture. I cant upload any files or images, nor take screenshots. I can only take picture with either my laptop cam or mobile cam. Because of this i dont get approved even with "ish" okey images of my certificate of registration and or ffficial transcript of records. I've taken as good pictures as I can. Someone have any ideas or help they can give me?

The reasons i get when denied is this:

1. The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation.

2. Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields of your GitHub billing information.

3. Your document does not appear to include a date demonstrating current academic affiliation. For countries utilizing non-standard calendars, you may need to capture the original document beside one with a converted date. You may include multiple documents in your image, so long as they are legible.

4. Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.

5. You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying.

I can confirm that 2,3,4 and 5 are correct and is present on profile and in school transcript. 1. is existing on the school transcript but as a picture kind of. The school name is right under the logo at one of the top corners and i guess it's that, that is denying me.
