Student Pack Repeatedly Rejected Due to Name/Date

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education team,
I am a CS student at the University of the people
My Student Pack application has been repeatedly rejected with the following errors:

• Name mismatch
• Date not detected
• Profile name needs to match my academic document

However:
• My GitHub profile name is exactly “Niyonsaba Axel”
• My billing information is First: “Niyonsaba”, Last: “Axel”
• My academic document shows “Niyonsaba Axel” clearly
• The document is dated Jan 31, 2026
• I logged out, cleared cache, and tried a new device

It seems my account may be stuck in a cached verification state.
Could someone please reset my Education verification so I can reapply?
