We are having a problem billing the organization. Please update your payment information or call your payment provider for details on why the transaction failed. You can contact support with any questions.
WE HAVE BEEN WITH THIS BANNER FOR ALMOST 2 days.
tried to contact support, it redirects to creating ticket or community forum.
I have raised tickets, not sure there is any person or bot behind it but no response (just reattempt the payment, we have updated billing details). WAITING ON THE SAME STATE FOR 24+ HOURS.

Can you introduce a flow to make payment rather than waiting for you to take action.
