Issue with the "Reverify your application" button

Hi everyone,

The Issue: After receiving an email requesting updates to my profile, I immediately corrected my "GitHub billing information" and "GitHub user profile" as required.

However, I am now unable to re-apply. When I click the "Reverify your application" or "Join GitHub Education" button, I am wrongly redirected to https://github.com/pricing instead of the student verification form.

this usually isnt a browser bug. when your account is not currently eligible to start or restart a github education application (for example: still in a revoked, denied or pending state or in a cooldown), github often sends the start, reverify, join flow to the pricing page instead of showing the student form. clearing cookies or incognito typically wont fix it because the restriction is applied to your account on the server side.
if it still redirects to pricing, you will need github to reset or unlock the application state on your account. open a ticket using the github support contact form and include your github username + the gif showing the redirect.
in your ticket, mention that you already updated billing info and profile, but reverify your application or join github education redirects to pricing so you cant resubmit.
