A while ago, I intended to subscribe to GitHub Copilot, but accidentally activated GitHub Pro instead. I wish to request a refund for both subscriptions. I created a support ticket to apply for a refund as soon as I noticed the mistake, yet there was no Submit button on the ticket page. After filling in all the information, only a process navigation panel showed up, which has resulted in my refund request not being processed successfully to this day. I have never used GitHub Pro at all. Besides, I’ve had a terrible experience using GitHub Copilot in IDEA afterwards: it always responds to me in English, even though my queries are never in English, making it impossible for me to understand the replies. I hereby formally request a full refund for both subscriptions. Thank you.
