El envío por API funciona (HTTP 200 y llega al WhatsApp), pero los mensajes entrantes no activan respuesta del bot. El webhook parece configurado, pero no se reciben los POST reales o el servidor no procesa el payload. Ya hice las prueba envio de mi panel si noral peor noa ctiva el bot

Alright, tightening it up and stripping the fluff.

Outbound works, inbound doesn’t — that means the pipe is half-open. When this happens, it’s almost never “the bot logic”; it’s the webhook path itself breaking somewhere upstream.

Here’s what to lock down:

• Webhook isn’t actually being hit

  • The provider says it’s configured, but no POST ever reaches your server.
  • Usual causes: wrong environment URL, bad TLS cert, firewall/WAF blocking POST, trailing slash mismatch.
  • Check access logs, not app logs.

• Events aren’t subscribed

  • Webhook URL set ≠ inbound messages enabled.
  • Make sure incoming message events are explicitly turned on for the correct number/app.

• Verification flow incomplete

  • GET challenge must echo back exactly.
  • If verification half-fails, outbound still works but inbound never fires.

• Payload is received but dropped

  • Body parser mismatch.
  • Signature validation failing.
  • Code only handles text messages; first inbound is often non-text.
  • Dedup logic nuking messages before processing.

• You’re returning the wrong response

  • Anything other than a fast 200 OK can make the provider back off silently.

Fastest way to smoke it out:
Point the webhook to a dead-simple endpoint that only logs raw headers + body and returns 200.
If nothing logs → provider/config/infra issue.
If it logs → your handler is filtering or failing.

• one raw inbound payload
• the webhook route + middleware

and I’ll pin down exactly where it’s breaking.
