PR author tag links to Issues tab instead of PRs

Current Behaviour

Clicking author usernames in the Open/Closed PR filter redirects to Issues tab. Note: Author list displays correctly, only redirect target is wrong.

Expected Behaviour

Clicking author tags should filter PRs by author while staying on PRs tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any repository's Pull Requests tab (/pulls)
2. Click any username in the PR list (Open/Closed tabs)
3. Redirects to Issues tab (/issues) instead of filtering PRs
