Flagged account from suspicious activity, fixed, flagged again from password reset

They got back to me within hours on my first ticket but then the next day I got a password reset notification and that put my account back into suspension and for the life of me I cannot get a hold of anybody again nor can I open a new ticket. All my repos only show for me when logged in and I can't run any workflows anymore.

I have replied to the initial ticket three times with no answer over the last three or four days since my first issue was resolved and no replies yeah. I remain flagged still. Any sort of remedy for this?
