Hello.
I have downloaded Auto SubSync from Deniz Şafak.
The problem is there missing a file, so this not working.
So how can i send him a message?

What does this relates with Github Community?

Member across one repository used that email by running:
git log --pretty=format:"%ae" | sort | uniq
The trailing and leading community usually Don' show outside GitHub. Sugest you contact ISP(Internet Service Provider), if any relates @Inflictor

Just wondering why this not possibe to write a message to a other github member.

Go to the repository's main page (github.com/denizsafak/Auto-SubSync). Look for an email address or link in the owner's profile or the README. If there's no contact info, open a new issue in that repository's Issues tab. Title it something like "Missing file error" and paste the error message from your screenshot.
