Go to the repository's main page (github.com/denizsafak/Auto-SubSync). Look for an email address or link in the owner's profile or the README. If there's no contact info, open a new issue in that repository's Issues tab. Title it something like "Missing file error" and paste the error message from your screenshot. That's the standard way to reach a maintainer. If the repository has Discussions enabled, you could post there instead. I have downloaded Auto SubSync from Deniz Şafak.
