Noticed that document titles (name displayed on your browser tab) are sometimes not updating like they are supposed to. For example, usually, when you click onto a PR, the title changes to the name of the PR. But sometimes the title just stays "Pull Requests." Can be confusing when you have multiple GitHub tabs open.

This is a known bug in the way GitHub handles dynamic page loading. If the script does not run when clicking the link, the page content will change as expected, but the script will not run.
Quick Workarounds:
Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R): This will reload the page and fetch the correct tab title.
Open in a new tab: Middle click or Ctrl/Cmd + Click on the PRs to open them in a new tab. This will reload the page and ensure the correct tab title.
