Billing support ticket open for 2+ weeks with no response #189151

Hi! For following up on a support ticket that's gone unanswered, you can try these options: Reply to the ticket email you received when it was opened — this bumps the ticket in their queue. Billing tickets can sometimes take longer during high-volume periods, but 2+ weeks is unusually long and worth escalating. |

I'd reply directly to your existing ticket thread first - that bumps it in the system. If there's still no response, try tweeting @githubsupport with your ticket number. They sometimes escalate publicly. Billing tickets for paid accounts usually get a response within 24-48 hours, so two weeks is definitely too long. Free account billing support can be slower, but still not that slow. Are you on a free or paid plan? That might explain the delay, but replying to the ticket is still the first step. |

Hi,
I understand account and billing issues are handled by GitHub Support.
My billing-related support ticket #4102593 has been open for over 2 weeks without a response.
I’m not asking the Community to resolve the billing issue itself, but is there any official way to follow up when a support ticket has had no response for this long?
Thanks.
