Bug: Reverification link redirects to pricing page (Redirect Loop)

Hi everyone,

Hello,

I am stuck in a redirect loop and unable to submit my academic reverification. My GitHub handle is @x-sharikshaikh.

My previous reverification was rejected because my GitHub billing name did not match my academic documents. I have since updated my billing information to match perfectly.

However, when I click the "submit your information again" link provided in the rejection email (https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application), the application form does not load. Instead, I am instantly redirected to the general GitHub pricing page.

I have tried:
Logging out and back in
Clearing browser cache and cookies
Using Incognito/Private browsing mode
Trying a completely different device and network

The redirect loop persists across all platforms. Could a staff member please look into my account (@x-sharikshaikh) and reset my application status so I can access the form and upload my documents?
