Can we please get 1M context window, to use full performance of claude models?

Yes Anthropic has announced the general availability of a 1M token context window for Claude Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6

Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Opus 3 currently have a 200K token context window. There's no official announcement from Anthropic about a 1M context window for any model yet. The version number "4.6" doesn't exist - the latest is Claude 3.5.

I'd check Anthropic's official blog or roadmap for any updates on context scaling. They've increased limits before (from 100K to 200K), but 1M would be a major jump.

If you need to process longer documents now, you'll have to chunk your data and manage context manually. The 200K limit is hard; you can't bypass it.

What specific use case are you trying to solve with 1M context? That might help find a workaround.
