Assistance Needed: Student Verification Rejection

I am a student at the University of Auckland and I haven't graduated yet. The grade for my final course hasn't been released, and I won't receive my graduation certificate until September. However, because I don't have classes right now and am doing an internship in my hometown, my current address is not near the campus. I have clearly explained these reasons, but my application keeps getting rejected, and I really don't understand why. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any proof needed to show that I am still an enrolled student at the University of Auckland. What do I need to do to pass this verification?

Your current address being away from campus should not affect verification, as long as the document clearly shows you are still enrolled. I’d recommend contacting your university’s administration to download or request an official enrollment confirmation and upload that to GitHub Education.
If you provide one of these documents, your application is much more likely to be approved.
