This issue usually happens due to a sync delay or a conflict between plans (especially if you were previously on a free or student plan). Here are a few things you can try:
If none of these work, it’s likely a backend sync issue, and GitHub Support will need to fix it manually. Hope this helps! |

GitHub Support has responded and manually adjusted my quota, which partially resolved the issue. However, I’m still seeing that 300 out of 1500 requests are already marked as used (likely carried over from my previous plan). This effectively leaves me with only 1200 requests after upgrading to Pro+. I’m currently following up with support to confirm whether this is expected behavior or a mistake. Just sharing this in case others run into the same situation. |

Hello,
I recently upgraded to GitHub Copilot Pro+, but my account still behaves as if I am on the previous plan.
Although Copilot Pro+ is shown as active, I am facing the following issues:
I have already contacted GitHub support but have not received a response yet.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue or knows how to fix it?
If this cannot be resolved, I may need to request a refund since the service is not working as expected.
Thank you.
