Hi GitHub Community,

My account ZengLiangYi has been flagged, and I'm currently unable to use GitHub Actions.

I submitted a support ticket (Ticket 4166795) through a friend because the SMS verification on the support form does not support China (+86 phone numbers). GitHub Support asked me to reply from my account email, but the same SMS verification issue prevents me from doing so.

I'm stuck in a loop where I cannot verify my identity through the support form due to regional SMS limitations.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there another way to contact GitHub Support or verify account ownership when SMS verification is not available in your region?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
