Weak Password Lockout

Today while trying to login this message was shown

"You are accessing GitHub with a weak or compromised password. You must update your password after completing the two-factor challenge to continue using GitHub.com."

I understand the situation, but I realized that I cannot access my primary email id, I know the password, I have the 2fa and recovery codes, also logged into my github mobile but still cant login.

How can I remove the weak password error from my account so that I can login and update my primary email, and then the weak password, Or if any other solution which is possible from the side of github.
