This is a strong and practical feature request, especially now that many PR descriptions are AI-generated and significantly longer than before. Allowing inline comments directly on the PR description would help reviewers respond to the exact sentence, assumption, or requirement that needs clarification. It would make reviews more precise, reduce misunderstandings, and avoid the awkward process of adding a general comment below the description and referring to paragraphs manually. In effect, the PR description should become more like a reviewable document, with anchored, threaded comments tied to specific text. This would be particularly valuable when AI-generated descriptions include assumptions that may not match the real intent of the change. Overall, this feature would improve review quality, save time, and make PR discussions much easier to follow. |

I'd appreciate possibility to add Comments directly to the Description of the PR because a lot of time the real issue lays in some assumption that has been fed to the AI prompt on the developer's side and coding assistant then happily adds this to the description of the PR.
These description tend to get really long so as a reviewer I'd like to have some tool that would mark parts of the description where I could type my comment and the comment would be visible RIGHT THERE - instead of adding comment below the description and cumbersomely referring to paragraphs in the description.
