Why does my developer program member icon only appear in the app? When I open my homepage in my browser, I can't see it.

I'd check your profile settings on the web first. Go to github.com, click your profile picture in the top right, then Settings > Profile. Look for the "Show my Developer Program badge" toggle under the profile picture section. Make sure it's turned on.

If it's already on, try clearing your browser cache and hard reloading the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). Sometimes the web profile caches an old version.

I'm not 100% sure, but the app and web can have slightly different sync timing for profile changes. If the toggle is on and clearing cache doesn't work, wait 10-15 minutes and check again.

Is the toggle option visible in your web profile settings?
