Sometimes, the Copilot Coding Agent changes the title of a pull request to "Addressing PR comment", and removes the pull request description. If you ask the coding agent to revert the changes to the title and description, it will tell you that it is not able to.
I've been able to reproduce it by tagging @claude[agent] on an existing pull request and asking something that does not require a new commit, for example "@claude[agent] explain the changes in the PR".
