The Deep Research table of contents feature works when the extension is off, but when the extension is on, clicking on an entry does not take you to that specific section. This causes the inconvenience of having to scroll down manually.

I can reproduce this too.
The table of contents links work normally until the extension is enabled, so this looks like an extension-side bug rather than a Deep Research content issue.
