We are trying to upgrade just the copilot business to entreprise but the tutorial on how to do this does not apply to the current UI of github. Please can you help with this please.

To upgrade from GitHub Copilot Business to Copilot Enterprise, you can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your enterprise account on GitHub.com.
2. Go to Billing and licensing.
3. In the sidebar, click on Licensing.
4. In the "Copilot" section, click Manage.

6. Find the organization you want to upgrade and select the Copilot dropdown menu.
7. Choose to Change plan and select Copilot Enterprise.

We dont have an enterprise account yet, we created a user and an organization with the copilot business subscription, is the entreprise account needed, if so how do i create one?

To upgrade GitHub Copilot Business to Copilot Enterprise, you must do it from your enterprise account’s billing settings—not from the organization settings. The current GitHub UI places this option under “Billing and licensing” → “Licensing” → “Copilot Manage.”

Log in to GitHub.com with an Enterprise Owner account.

Only enterprise owners can perform this upgrade.

Trial Copilot Business plans are not eligible for upgrade.

Navigate to your Enterprise account:

From the top-right menu, click your profile → Enterprises.

Select the enterprise you want to manage.

Open Billing and Licensing:

At the top of the enterprise page, click Billing and licensing.

In the left sidebar, select Licensing.

Manage Copilot Licenses:

In the Copilot section, click Manage.

Switch to the Organizations tab.

Upgrade to Enterprise:

Find the organization currently on Copilot Business.
