That is actually true @gh-andre Github is now using our data and we have to manually disable it but for a few days I have seen a blueish bar that says from april or march something copilot will use our data to train their model so I guess they enabled it after telling us but it can be turned off in the settings hope this helps @gh-andre |

Please change this option to show Allowed and Blocked, which clearly indicates the intent of allowing the use of one's data for AI training or blocking such use.
Enable and Disable should be used for user-visible functionality, such as showing Copilot or whether Copilot can search the web or not. Users don't "enable" using their data in model training, but merely choose to allow it or not.
