Welcome! 👋 Thanks for posting in the GitHub Community, @rvnalage ! We're happy you're here. You are more likely to get a useful response if you are posting in the applicable category. The Accessibility category is a place for our community to discuss and provide feedback on the digital accessibility of GitHub products. Digital accessibility means that GitHub tools, and technologies, are designed and developed so that people with disabilities can use them. I've gone ahead and moved this to the correct category for you, |

Hello GitHub Support Team,
My GitHub Copilot subscription payment has already been processed and is reflected as “Paid” in my GitHub Billing dashboard. However, in Visual Studio Code, Copilot still shows “subscription required” and I am unable to use the chat or coding features.
Steps I have already tried:
Signed out and back into GitHub in VS Code
Reloaded VS Code window
Cleared authentication cache and tokens
Reinstalled the Copilot extension
Verified that I am logged into the correct GitHub account
Despite these steps, the issue persists. Could you please refresh my subscription status on the backend or advise on further troubleshooting?
My GitHub username: rvnalage

Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Rahul
