Body
There is a UI layout issue in the GitHub Pull Request “Files changed” tab where a floating informational panel (tooltip/modal) overflows the viewport and gets cut off. The content is not fully visible, which affects readability and usability.
Steps to Reproduce
Open a GitHub repository
Navigate to a Pull Request
Go to the “Files changed” tab
Trigger the informational popup (e.g., “Welcome to the upgraded Files changed experience”)
Observe the right side of the screen
Actual Behavior
The popup overflows beyond the right edge of the screen
Part of the content is cut off
No automatic repositioning or responsive adjustment occurs
