Hi @photonics-xpa, This redirect loop is often caused by browser cache or session conflicts. To fix this, try opening the verification link in an Incognito/Private window or clear your browser's cookies and cache. Also, make sure your university email is set as your Primary email in your GitHub account settings, as this sometimes helps the portal recognize your status. If the issue persists, it’s likely a routing bug on GitHub's end. Since your research depends on it, you should contact the Education Support team directly through this link: https://support.github.com/contact/education |

Re-verification/Repeat Application
Hi everyone,
Hello GitHub Education Team,
I am experiencing a critical routing bug that prevents me from submitting my faculty reverification.
My GitHub Education Faculty benefits were recently flagged for reverification. However, whenever I click the green "Start an application" button on my dashboard, the system bypasses the document upload form entirely and forces a redirect to the commercial pricing page (https://github.com/pricing). I am caught in an infinite loop.
I am a faculty member at Zhejiang University, and our lab heavily relies on GitHub and Copilot for our computational physics research. Specifically, we are actively developing a project named "Dirac_solver" for ultrafast optics simulations. Losing access due to a frontend redirect bug is severely disrupting our research workflow and my ability to instruct students.
I have attached screenshots showing the "Revoked" status and the immediate redirect to the pricing page.
Has anyone else experienced this specific redirect loop today? Could a GitHub Staff member please check the routing on my account so I can upload my university ID or research group verification?
Thank you!
