Short answer: The org Security Overview doesn’t currently offer an explicit “exclude forks” qualifier in the UI; the available filters are limited to the documented qualifiers (severity, tool, repo metadata, team, etc.). You can export the overview CSV and filter out forks or build a small script that calls the security overview/alerts API and filters by the repo fork flag. I’ll file a feature request asking GitHub to add |

Checking the organization level security report https://github.com/orgs/FalkorDB/security/overview doesn't filter out all the forked repositories and doesn't allow filtering out forked repositories.
Users should be able to see only the repositories that they really mantain as part of the report e.g. using
