Hi!👋 I’m also a student and recently started using GitHub, so your post felt very relatable. I’ve been learning Python and web development as well, and I’m currently trying to understand how open-source contributions actually work in practice. I’ve built a few small projects like a Flappy Bird clone in Python and some Unity projects, but I’m still figuring out how to move from personal projects to contributing to real repositories. Have you found any good beginner-friendly projects or communities so far? I’m trying to find places where new developers can contribute without feeling completely lost. |

Introduce yourself
Hi everyone 😊 I’m new here on GitHub. I joined because I want to learn more about coding and open-source projects.
Right now, I’m learning 🐍 Python and 🌐 web development. My next step is to try contributing to a beginner-friendly project.
Ask me about learning as a beginner or my coding journey 💻.
I’m excited to meet new people and share ideas here 🚀

Where are you in your GitHub journey?
Brand new to GitHub
And where are you going next on GitHub?
📘 I am a Class 10 student and just starting my GitHub journey. My next step is to learn how to use GitHub for my school projects and try contributing to small beginner-friendly code. 🚀
This keeps it clear, easy to read, and shows your excitement.
Do you want me to also make a shorter version with more emojis (like a quick one-liner), so you can choose between formal and casual styles?
What technical skills or projects are you working on?
📝 I am a Class 10 student. Right now, I am learning basic coding with 🐍 Python and working on small school projects. My goal is to improve step by step and try new things on GitHub. 🚀
Got a question for us? (optional)
🤔 I am a Class 10 student from Nepal and new to GitHub. I wonder how beginners can find the best projects to start contributing to. 🌱
