Application for Student Developer Pack stuck on "Pending" for 12 days

​Hi,
​I applied for the Student Developer Pack on March 20, but my application status is still showing as "Pending" (12 days have passed).
​I understand that the verification process can take time, but given how long it's been, I am worried my application might be stuck in a system loop. Time is of the essence for me, as I really need to start using these tools for my projects.
​Could someone from the staff please check if my application is glitched, or let me know if I should cancel it and reapply?
