Hey, so i want to build a system where we can fetch all the premium request each of the user uses in the Organization (Github copilot).
Is there any way to do that?

Yo, yes, this is possible. here's how xd

if you're an Enterprise Owner/BillingManager:

use this API:
GET /enterprises/{enterprise}/settings/billing/usage?user={username}

This gives ya per-user premuim request data directly

If ya're just an Org Admin

The API blocks per-user filtering for enterprise-owned orgs [ yea, annoyin' lmao],
ur best bet is:

1. Go to Billing & Licensing -> Usage Tab
2. Download the Copilot premium request usage report
3. It Includes per-user breakdown, timestamps, model used
