GitHub’s browser-based camera capture has the resolution of a toaster the compression is literally killing the OCR. (If this bypass works, mark it as the answer.) |

Evidence and Image Capture
Hi everyone,
I am a student at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (Ukraine), currently studying remotely.
I possess an official, freshly issued, and stamped Enrollment Letter from my Dean's office. Following your official guidelines, I am capturing the original Ukrainian document alongside a clear English translation.
However, the automated OCR system instantly rejects my application with the error: "The text in the photo you used was unable to be read." The web camera capture interface compresses the image quality so severely that the OCR scanner fails to read anything.
My verified academic email (@nure.ua) is linked. My billing name matches exactly.
Since direct support tickets for manual review are disabled, how can I securely provide my valid documents to a staff member? The automated workflow is physically impossible to pass due to your interface's image compression.
